MTN Group, Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall of certain MWAH 1-gram cannabis vape products in coordination with the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC).

Reason for Recall

This recall concerns the product's packaging, labeling, and presentation.

The California Department of Cannabis Control determined that certain packaging, labeling, and presentation elements associated with the affected products may be attractive to children or individuals under 21 years of age.

What California Consumers Should Do

Consumers who possess any Mwah product matching one of the affected Batch IDs or UIDs listed above should immediately discontinue use of the affected product.

Consumers should return the recalled product to the licensed California cannabis retailer where it was purchased, subject to that retailer's return procedures.

Please keep all cannabis products securely stored and inaccessible to children and persons under 21 years of age.

Notice to California Cannabis Licensees

Stop sale, transfer, distribution, and delivery of affected products.
Remove affected products from shelves, displays, menus, and online ordering systems.
Segregate and quarantine all affected inventory.
Maintain the affected product as "QUARANTINED - MWAH PRODUCT RECALL - NOT FOR SALE OR TRANSFER."
Inventory affected products by Batch ID, UID, and quantity.
Preserve all relevant manifests, invoices, Metrc information, and inventory records.
Do not destroy, repackage, relabel, or alter affected products unless specifically instructed.
